Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how MeJeLsoft ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mejelsoft.com website and the software applications we publish (together, the "Services"). We build products for businesses and individuals, and we keep data collection to the minimum required for each product to work.
1. Information we collect
Website. The mejelsoft.com website is a static site. It does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
Applications. Each application we publish collects only the data necessary for its features. Depending on the product, this may include:
- Account information you provide (such as name, email address or phone number)
- Content you create inside the application (such as records, orders or notes)
- Device information required for functionality (such as approximate location for prayer-time calculation, where you grant permission)
Applications that require additional or different data practices provide their own product-specific privacy policy, which takes precedence for that application.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services
- To respond to support requests
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Data storage and security
Data is stored on servers operated by us or by reputable hosting providers, protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
4. Third-party services
Some applications integrate third-party services required for their features (for example payment processors or messaging platforms). These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we only share what is necessary to deliver the requested feature.
5. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR and LGPD where they apply).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
